"I bought this as a gift so haven't used it myself. I agree with other reviewers that the snap closure does not seem secure enough for the credit card compartment--it should be a zipper. It's very small, which is good if that's what you want. The red does not seem as bright as other Kipling pieces this color. Shipping was delayed (not a surprise these days), and I never received an order confirmation or shipping email so I called customer service after about 3 weeks. I didn't have an order number but the rep was able to track the package for me. She was super nice and very helpful."
