My Kipling Terms & Conditions

Kipling, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, is proud to offer My Kipling Rewards --- formerly Kipling.Me (“My Kipling Rewards” or the “Program”).

1. Privacy and My Kipling Rewards; Notice of Bona Fide Loyalty Disclosures for Colorado Residents; Notice of Financial Incentive for California Residents.

Your participation in the Program is subject to Kipling’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://us.kipling.com/pages/privacy-policy-kip. Kipling’s Privacy Policy is made a part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Kipling’s Privacy Policy, Kipling’s Privacy Policy will control.

Notice of Categories of Third Parties Who May Receive Your Personal Information: advertising networks; social networks. Kipling discloses certain categories of personal information to show you targeted ads on third-party properties and for related purposes, such as understanding the effectiveness of those ads. These disclosures may be considered “sales,” “sharing,” or use of personal information for “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws. Kipling does not sell consumers’ personal information for money. We do not share your information with third parties who knowingly collect and sell the personal information of consumers to other third parties.

The categories of personal information that we share with these third parties for the purpose of targeted advertising are: identifiers, contact information, commercial information, internet activity, demographic information, physical characteristics, and location information, as further described in Kipling’s Privacy Policy.

By joining My Kipling Rewards, you agree that we may share your information in this manner.  You may opt out of these activities by:

  1. Following the instructions behind the Your Privacy Choices footer link on our website to opt out of such activities via cookies and similar technologies; and
  2. By visiting https://www.vfc.com/privacy-requests, selecting “Request to Opt-Out of Selling or Sharing Personal Information,” and providing the requested information to opt out of such activities based on your email address and identifiers other than cookies.

Notice of Bona Fide Loyalty Program Disclosures for Colorado residents: In addition to the other information described in this Section 1 regarding the sharing of personal information, we provide the following information to Colorado residents in accordance with applicable law:

  • Bona Fide Loyalty Program Partners and Bona Fide Loyalty Program Benefits provided by each: N/A
  • If you exercise your right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected from you, we will no longer be able to verify your identity, making it impossible for Kipling to ensure we provide benefits to the correct individual. Therefore, if you exercise your right to deletion of personal information or request to be unenrolled from the Program by contacting our customer service, the request will result in a cancellation of your Membership in the My Kipling Rewards Program which will result in the loss of any Points or other benefits earned (but unredeemed) in the Kipling Rewards Program.

Notice of Financial Incentive for California residents: In addition to the other information described in this Section 1 regarding the material terms of the Program, we provide the following information to California residents:

A. Summary of the program: free-to-join points-based program issuing Rewards. Points earned for purchases and other engagement opportunities, including product reviews, referrals and surveys, as further described in Section 3.

B. Material terms: The categories of personal information collected to participate in the Program are certain identifiers (first name and last name), certain demographic information (date of birth), contact information (email address), and commercial information (e.g., products purchased). Voluntary data provided may also include additional contact information (e.g., mailing address and telephone number), , and inferences based on information you may provide to Kipling through the Program. Additional categories of personal information that may be collected from you as a consumer but are not directly related to the Program are more fully described in Kipling’s Privacy Policy. 

C. Opt-in:

  1. Online at Kipling-usa.com by creating an account and indicating that you want to be a My Kipling Rewards Member. Once you've created your My Kipling Rewards account, you will: earn Points on all Qualifying Purchases at Kipling Retail and Outlet stores in the United States and on Qualifying Purchases made at Kipling-usa.com, be able to access your Member account balance, and view/print Member points earned which may be used for redemption in increments of 1,000 points. You will also be signing up to receive Program emails and Member Offers, as well as general marketing emails.
  2. At any Kipling Retail or Outlet store in the United States only by providing your first name, last name, and email address to sign up to be a My Kipling Rewards Member. When you register at a Kipling store, you will accrue points redeemable for discounts on Qualifying Purchases (as described below). You will also be signing up to receive Program emails and Member Offers, as well as general marketing emails. You will receive a welcome email containing a link to these Terms and a link to create an account online. Your online account will allow you to access your Member points account balance and see special offers available to My Kipling Rewards members. As described in these Terms, once you have earned an increment of 1,000 points, Kipling will send you an email advisory informing you that the points you’ve earned may be redeemed for a discount on Qualifying Purchases made at a Kipling Retail or Outlet store or online at Kipling-usa.com. 

D. Opt-out: You may cancel your My Kipling Rewards membership at any time by calling Kipling Customer Service at 833-874-1048, or by submitting your cancellation request electronically at https://us.kipling.com/pages/contactus.

E. We administer the program in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and provide the following information to describe the financial incentive, price or service difference:

  • To estimate the value of the consumer’s data, we measured the expenses related to the offer, provision or imposition of the Program by GAAP accounting of the cost of acquiring the data divided by the number of Program participants.


  • To estimate the program value per consumer, we measured the accounting value assigned to accumulated points divided by the number of Program participants. 


2. Membership

A. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to become a Member. Individuals receiving a discount or free product to represent a VF Corporation brand are not eligible to join My Kipling Rewards. In addition, employees, officers and directors of unauthorized resellers of Kipling products are not eligible for the Program.

Employees of VF Corporation and its brands (hereafter, “VF Corporation employees”) are eligible to participate in the Program but may be excluded from certain promotions or benefits. (For clarity, a VF Corporation employee must also be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to become a Member.) 

B. How to Join: Before joining and/or participating in the Program, you are strongly advised to carefully review these Terms. You may register to become a My Kipling Rewards Member in two different ways:

  1. Online at Kipling-usa.com by creating an account and indicating that you want to be a My Kipling Rewards Member. Once you've created your My Kipling Rewards account, you will: earn Points on all Qualifying Purchases at Kipling Retail and Outlet stores in the United States and on Qualifying Purchases made at Kipling-usa.com, be able to access your Member account balance, and view/print your points earned which may be used for redemption in increments of 1,000 points. You will also be signing up to receive Program emails and Member Offers, as well as general marketing emails.
  2. At any Kipling Retail or Outlet store in the United States only by providing your first name, last name, and email address to sign up to be a My Kipling Rewards Member. When you register at a Kipling store, you will accrue points redeemable for discounts on Qualifying Purchases (as described below). You will also be signing up to receive Program emails and Member Offers, as well as general marketing emails. You will receive a welcome email containing a link to these Terms and a link to create an account online. Your online account will allow you to access your Member points account balance and see special offers available to My Kipling Rewards members. As described in these Terms, once you have earned an increment of 1,000 points, Kipling will send you an email advisory informing you that the points you’ve earned may be redeemed for a discount on Qualifying Purchases made at a Kipling Retail or Outlet store or online at Kipling-usa.com. 

C. Creating your online account: When setting up your online account, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to authenticate your email and receive a code to complete your account creation. Each time you log in to the website, you will receive a unique one-time code in your email inbox. 

D. Updating information: You are responsible for providing the correct email address to ensure proper accounting and receipt of Points. As a result, each Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information, including their email address. (VF Corporation employees must update their personal information for the Program independent of doing so with the Company’s Human Resources Department.) You may update your personal information for your online account online at Kipling-usa.com.

3. Program Benefits – Earning Points, Redeeming Points for Discounts 

A. Shop in the United States at Kipling Retail and Outlet stores or online at Kipling-usa.com and earn Points towards Discounts on the purchase of merchandise at Kipling Retail and Outlet stores in the United States or online at Kipling-usa.com. 

  • Subject to the conditions provided in these Terms & Conditions, on any eligible product that is purchased (a "Qualifying Purchase", as further described below), earn: ten (10) Points for every U.S. Dollar spent on us.kipling.com and/or in a Kipling Retail or Outlet Store. (For VF Corporation employees, Points will be earned based on the price of eligible products after deduction of any Company discount.)
  • Qualifying Purchase(s) include both regular and sale-priced merchandise in Kipling Retail and Outlet stores or online at us.kipling.com. Purchases made at us.kipling.com will accrue Points when the item(s) ship, not at the time the order is placed. No Points are earned when purchasing Gift Cards from Kipling, but you do earn Points when redeeming a Gift Card at Kipling Retail and Outlet stores or online at us.kipling.com towards the purchase of regular or sale-priced merchandise. In addition, no Points are earned for:
  • Payment of any form of sales tax, shipping charges, gift boxes or wrapping.
  • Payment made using a Gift Card from Kipling.
  • Discounts received by applying a coupon, promo code, rebate or the like.
  • Any purchases of Kipling products (1) at Kipling stores outside of the United States, (2) at other retailers that sell Kipling products, or (3) on websites other than us.kipling.com
  • Every 1,000 Points earned (a “1,000 Point increment”) may be redeemed for a $10 discount. Points earned will be credited to Member at time of purchase. If purchase is made at us.kipling.com, Points will be automatically and immediately available in Member’s cart to be applied to current transaction.  If purchase is made Kipling Retail or Outlet Store, Member must scan QR Code on compatible mobile device** and validate their email address used to become a Member when setting up My Kipling Rewards Account.  (Providing an email address at checkout is unrelated to the acceptance of credit card transaction.   If for some reason Member does not provide their email address at the time of purchase, they will not be able to apply Points to the transaction in question, but may call Customer Service at 833-874-1048, or submit their request electronically at https://us.kipling.com/pages/contactus. Upon verification by Customer Service of their Qualifying Purchase and that they did not previously receive Points (or a discount) for that purchase, the Points associated with the corresponding Qualifying Purchase will be reflected in their My Kipling Rewards account.) In either case, Member may only select ONE (1) discount per transaction.  For purchase at Kipling Retail or Outlet Store, Kipling Store Associate will apply discount to transaction.

**IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A COMPATIBLE MOBILE DEVICE, POINTS CANNOT BE AUTOMATICALLY AND IMMEDIATELY REDEEMED FOR A DISCOUNT AT TIME OF PURCHASE IN-STORE. POINTS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR LATER REDEMPTION.       

  • Earning and redemption of Points may take up to (5) business days to be reflected in the Member’s account.   
  • A maximum of 5,000 Points may be redeemed for a $50 discount in a single transaction.
  • If not redeemed for a discount at the time earned (including if qualifying purchase results in earning less than 1,000 Points), Points will expire three hundred sixty-five (365) days after being earned. Expiration will occur if (a) Member fails to reach the 1,000 Point increment within the three hundred sixty-five (365) day period or (b) Member DOES reach the 1,000 Point increment within the three hundred sixty-five (365) day period,but does NOT redeem the Points for a discount.   
  • Unredeemed Points CANNOT be applied so as to result in discount exceeding total amount of transaction.    
  • Any refunds or store credits received for the returns of merchandise after purchase will result in the corresponding Points being deducted from your My Kipling Rewards account. If you already earned and redeemed a 1,000 Point increment, a Point deduction due to merchandise return may result in a negative balance in your My Kipling Rewards account. (For clarity, a negative balance does not represent a collectible debt owed to Kipling; rather, the negative balance will only be used to offset future Points earned by you. Negative balance will only expire when offset by earning Points via Qualifying Purchase or otherwise, unless Kipling elects to waive a negative balance on a case-by-case basis in its sole discretion.)

B. If, as of the end of the current Rewards Cycle on June 30, 2025, you have a Point balance in your account, the Points will be counted towards a 1,000 Point increment (and, once a 1,000 Point increment is achieved, the Points will be redeemable for a discount) as set forth above. No action on your part is required. Points carried over from the Rewards Cycle, which ends on June 30, 2025, will expire 365 days from the date of transition to the My Kipling Rewards platform, which could be as soon as June 16, 2026. Rewards Certificates will expire June 30, 2025; and, as of June 30, 2025, Kipling will no longer issue Rewards Certificates as part of the My Kipling Rewards Program and Rewards Cycles will be terminated as well.

C. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Also, Points are personal to you. Redemption of Points may be conditioned upon your provision of a valid identification to Kipling’s satisfaction. You cannot give or transfer your Points to anyone else.

  • It may take up to 5 business days for Points from your Qualifying Purchases and associated discount to appear online at your My Kipling Rewards account at us.kipling.com.
  • Points may not be used at Kipling stores outside of the United States, at other retailers or stores that sell Kipling products, or on any websites other than us.kipling.com.
  • Points are promotional items for Members of the My Kipling Rewards program and are not gift cards of Kipling.
  • Points MAY be redeemed at the same time as using Kipling coupons, certificates, discounts, gift cards, or offers toward the purchase of products (provided that such redemption does not result in discount exceeding total amount of transaction.    

D.  If lost or stolen, Points (not redeemed for discount at time of transaction) may be used by anyone, and you are solely responsible for protecting Points (and your My Kipling Rewards account generally) from unauthorized use. If unredeemed Points that you earned and were assigned to your My Kipling Rewards account are used in a manner that was not authorized by you, or are lost or stolen, Kipling will not replace such Points. In such case, it is your sole responsibility to advise Kipling accordingly so that we can close your My Kipling Rewards account. 

E. Kipling reserves the right to offer additional Program benefits or decline to offer certain benefits at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. This could include making bonus points and other promotional offers available to select Members based on purchase activity, geographic location, Program participation, or other information supplied by the Member. Provided, however, once Points have been earned, they will remain available for redemption during the following three hundred sixty-five day (365) period (if not redeemed for discount at the time earned). F. My Kipling Rewards Members may also have early access to special events and be invited to participate in exclusive offers and experiences for My Kipling Rewards Members (jointly, the events and offers are "Member Offers").

4. Changes to the Terms

Membership in the My Kipling Rewards Program and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Kipling, which reserves the right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program Terms, rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, cancel, add or remove any or all portions of these Terms, any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the My Kipling Rewards Program at any time. The revisions to the Program that Kipling may make include but are not limited to any of the following changes: (i) increase or decrease in the Points required or rate at which Points can be earned or redeemed;  (ii) change when and/or how Points may be redeemed for a discount, including no longer allowing redemption of Points for discount in the same qualifying purchase transaction when earned in 1,000 Point increments; (iii) change the method of becoming a Member; (iii) institute or add blackout dates for earning or redeeming Points. If these Terms change in the future, we will let you know by posting an update to Kipling-usa.com with the most recent modification date. While Kipling may alert Members to a change in Terms, Kipling is in no way obligated to do so and refraining from sending any such notification (or its content) does not create any liability on the part of Kipling. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revision, and you waive any right you have to receive special notice of such change. By continuing to use My Kipling Rewards, you agree to the revised terms.

In the event of Program cancellation, Points will be issued according to the current Terms for Points earned.


5. E-Mail Notifications

In joining the Program, you may agree to receive e-mail messages from Kipling from time to time relating to your participation in the Program. You will receive e-mails relating to your participation in the Program from Kipling unless you decide to cancel your Membership as per the information below. (In the U.S., such messages are commonly referred to as “transactional e-mails.”)

Kipling may also send you promotional e-mails with updates, offers and other information regarding Kipling (but NOT the Program). You may unsubscribe from receipt of promotional e-mails without affecting your participation in the Program.

(Kipling will try to distinguish e-mail messages relating to your participation in the Program [in the U.S., transactional e-mails] from promotional e-mails; if you’re in doubt as to the type of e-mail you have received, call Kipling Customer Service toll-free at 833-874-1048 (for U.S. residents)).

6. General Terms of the My Kipling Rewards Program

A. These Terms are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.

B. In the event of a dispute over ownership of a My Kipling Rewards account, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration. For purposes of these Terms, the "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

C. The Program is for end consumers of Kipling products only (including VF Corporation employees), and not for commercial (such as “bulk buying”) use. Abuse of the Program by you, including failure to abide by these Terms, purchase or barter of Kipling product in quantities that evidences commercial rather than consumer intent, the sale or barter (or the attempted sale or barter) of Points, or promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Kipling in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of a Member's My Kipling Rewards account and future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all Points accrued, and cancellation of previously issued but unused Reward Certificates. At our discretion, we may prosecute abuse of the Program to the fullest extent of the law.

D. You may cancel your My Kipling Rewards membership at any time by calling Kipling Customer Service at 833-874-1048, or by submitting your cancellation request electronically at https://us.kipling.com/pages/contactus. If you cancel your My Kipling Rewards membership, your accrued Points will be forfeited.

E. Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member's estate, and may not pass to a Member's successors and assigns. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued Points are not transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

F. By agreeing to participate in the My Kipling Rewards Program, you release Kipling, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, any of its parents, subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and each of the respective, directors, officers, employees and agents of any of the foregoing (the "Released Parties") from all liability with respect to the misdirection or misuse of any Points or Rewards Certificates or the use of any Points or Rewards Certificates by an individual other than the My Kipling Rewards Member who earned the Points/Rewards Certificate. You further agree through your agreement to participate in the Program to release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to your participation in the My Kipling Rewards Program, use of Points or Rewards Certificates, or agreement to these Terms.

G. The Released Parties make no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to My Kipling Rewards, membership in My Kipling Rewards or any products or services related to My Kipling Rewards.

H. The My Kipling Rewards Program and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to conflict-of-laws/choice-of-law considerations (of Delaware or any other jurisdiction). Any claims must be raised and resolved in the federal or state courts located in Dover, Delaware. By agreeing to participate in the My Kipling Rewards Program, you agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, to waive any right of change of venue, forum nonconveniens or the like, and that your recovery in any such action shall be limited to your actual costs in participating in the My Kipling Rewards Program (but no more than $50) with consequential, compensatory, incidental and other damages as well as all other forms of relief being expressly waived. 

I. The Kipling logo, My Kipling Rewards Program logo, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Kipling Apparel Corp. or an affiliate.
