I really wanted to give 5 stars…

"I’m a huge Kipling fan! I love the style of this backpack. The black shiny/smooth fabric, red dragon lining and gold accents are so cool. Good pockets. However, one of the zippers catches on the fabric when I open/close. Also the shoulder straps don’t stay adjusted so I’m constantly fixing them. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I just couldn’t."
