Not the color that’s in the picture

"I love the bag, but was disappointed by how different it looks in person. I thought I received the wrong bag at first, but it is the right one. The pictures make the straps look brown, but in person the straps look basically black. Also, the inside of the bag is gray, not at all the tan color that the pictures show. It’s the second time I buy a Kipling bag and the colors are off. Overall it’s a great bag which is why I’m keeping it, just was looking forward to the brown."

"Nice, spacious bag. It would be nicer with some padding and structure but it fits my laptop and other items I need for work. I like that it has a travel sleeve on the back but it is narrow so it probably works with Kipling suitcases but not other popular brands. I have always loved Kipling bags and all of the pockets, this one has all that."
